The Garden transom dormer style shed has a 7/12 Roof pitch with transom windows installed into the roof allowing for additional light and an enhanced exterior design. Garden Transom dormers come standard with 6 ft 2 in tall wall studs, PVC fascia, 3 ½ in PVC corners, 6 in overhangs on 4 sides, a set of double doors, 2 – 24 in x 36 in windows, 2 Round top gable vents, shutters or flower boxes and an aluminum diamond tread plate. Placement of windows and doors are up to the homeowner. This shed features either wood (Duratemp) or vinyl (GP D4 Dutch lap or Traditional lap) siding and Owens corning Duration 30yr Architectural shingle standard.
