Row Barns
Row Barns are a great way to add extra stalls to a field or for backyard barns that don’t need a modular setup. These barns usually have a quaker style roof line, allowing the front wall to be a foot taller that the back wall, creating a higher door opening. They are wood sided and can be finished in Duratemp, LP Smart side, or Pine Board and Batten. They include 4-foot high oak kick boards with 1/2 ” plywood above to cover walls for bucking and cribbing protection. These floorless structures are built on an interlocked 6×6 pressure-treated frame with painted steel corner brackets for strength and transportation. They can be built in a variety of configurations, including closed stalls with Dutch doors, open stalls, and tack rooms. These options are dual-purpose, allowing for animal shelter as well as feed, shaving, and equipment storage.
